A-LOG Liberia
- Alliance Logistics Oil and Gas Inc. (A-LOG) is a Liberian owned business established in 2016 and that engaged in transportation and distribution of Petroleum products. A-LOG obtained its Petroleum Importation Licenses from the Liberia Petroleum Refining Company (LPRC) in 2021, and duly registered with the Government of Liberia and duly assigned business number : 051819896, with an assigned Tax Identification Number: 500600753; and since then has been in operation.
- A-LOG’s vision is to become a formidable player and the beacon of hope of the petroleum sector in Liberia and it intends to achieve same by acquiring substantial financial capacity and increasingly consolidating its product importation capacity through relevant partnerships. A-LOG office is located at Savane Commercial Center, 2nd Floor, Room G-6 at the corner of Randall and Front Streets, Monrovia, Liberia.
- Mr. Abraham Jallah, who is the Chief Executive Officer of A-LOG owns 100 percent share of the company. He has over 25 years extensive experience in the petroleum industry ranging from sales and marketing, project management ,operations, human resources and the likes.
- The Essence of the Partnership: The partnership is geared towards forming a Joint Venture between two parties namely: Alliance Logistics Oil & Gas, Incorporated, a Liberian based Oil & Gas Company and Groupe Staco, a foreign based Canadian Company. The two parties agreed to do the following in order to actualize the tenets of the partnership: A-LOG agreed to give 90% share of its company to Groupe Staco and maintain 10% share of its company perpetually. A-LOG also agreed to oversee Sales and Marketing of the venture as along as the partnership exist.
- On the other hand, Groupe Staco agreed to underwrite the purchase of the products and all cost associated with the importation, clearing and sales of the product for the duration of the partnership.
